Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Please note, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. 

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Shipping cost will not be refunded


Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@herbead.com

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at support@herbead.com
